  • Damaged/Defective Items Claim:

Please contact us right away if product is defected. Please take pictures of damaged item and send to ADMIN@minhchaunailsupply.com.

  • Lost Package Claim:

All delivery will require receiver’s signature.

  • Exchanging and return:

Products need to be within 15 days of purchase. We will pay shippings for defected items, otherwise customer requires to pay to exchange another item.

  • Warranty:

Only manufacturer’s warranty is available. If the merchandise is defective please contact the manufacturer directly. We may be able to help our customers by contacting the manufacturers on their behalves but it does not imply nor express our liability over the products.

Warranties that are specifically described to be provided by us (minhchaunailsupply.com) will not cover accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
